"You call this a diplomatic solution?"

Yeah, I just wanted to use the line from Star Wars. Spider-Woman always presents a fun deckbuilding challenge as you get to look at combos you wouldn't normally be able to execute. And this deck is about building up her allies and doing fun stuff you usually can't do with them.

Case in point, we have Ronin and Iron Man, two heroes who love to have upgrades like Inspired and Reinforced Suit attached. Iron Man even helps Jessica's game plan by reducing those upgrades to 0 costs, boosting her stats for free. But what if we threw in Enraged, a card that's useless 99% of the time in pure Aggression decks but has the potential to give us an Iron Man that attacks for 5 on every swing when Boot Camp is around, and has 6 hit points as long as Team Training is on the board. Ronin can do the same, getting to a higher attack stat but costing a bit more.

While those are the chief targets of this deck's Ally focused gameplan, there are many other allies to take advantage of it. Spider-Girl and Psylocke help Confuse the enemy to get the most payoff with Press the Advantage, Angela is a rare 0 cost ally that's boosting Jessica's stats while she summons a minion in play, while Throg, Stinger and Squirrel Girl are cheap, efficient allies that you can play along with a cheap upgrade or an event like Skilled Strike or Morale Boost to get Jessica to that coveted 3 in each stat. (Or 4 in each stat with Morale Boost/5 Attack with Skilled Strike)

Finally, we've set up Jessica's economy by including one of each Power for the two aspects and the three basics, as well as Avengers Mansion, Helicarrier and Quincarrier to keep her basics.

If you want to cut down to a tighter 40, I'd cut:

  • 1 copy each of Enraged and Inspired
  • Toe to Toe and Go All Out, these are more here for splashy big plays but you don't need them
  • Specialized Training and Nick Fury or the three basic resources, but not both.
  • Squirrel Girl and Spider-Girl.

OR you could cut Iron Man, Ronin and the two Enraged copies if you don't want to Voltron and instead just play consistently good heroes.
