His “faith is in people…individuals who, for the most part, haven’t let“ him down. Which is why he “can’t let them down either.”

The Avengers trust his vision and ability to “Call it, Captain,” as he positions them where they are needed and adapts in battle, knowing, “We don’t trade lives.”

He leads with integrity, facing enemies and executing the plan “as a team” member himself protecting his team taking the majority of the hits.

In the “fight of our lives” a true leader and their team knows “we are going to win” and why. They do “Whatever it takes” keeping the promise “I’ll be there.”

Cap. takes hits for his team as needed then has the team thwart allowing him to go to alter ego to expand and heal the team.

Cap. dreads when it is required for an ally to take a hit or lose the war but will make the hard choice when necessary. “Whatever it takes.”

“And we’re gonna win.”

When the time is right and each ally has at least two actions, exhaust all of them. Play Avengers Assemble! ready all your characters and then do “whatever it takes,” and win. Usually bypassing the villains entire second stage.
