Do you like having more cards than you know what to do with? Do you like shouting "MURDERED YOU!" multiple times per round? Do you like healing up to full nearly every time you kill a minion? Then I have good news.

There's nothing new in this deck. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if this exact deck is already on Marvelcdb, but the site isn't great for finding decks. So sorry in advance if I stole your deck.

You'll notice that this deck has 50 cards. Also, aside from a single Genius, there are no basic aspect cards. I am leaning hard into No Quarter drawing Rocket more cards, then using those cards to heal, remove threat, and do more damage.

Setup

The primary mulligan target is Honed Technique, as is the case in many aggression decks. Beyond that, getting out Hall of Heroes and 1-2 Follow Through upgrades gets Rocket ready to blow stuff up.

Game Play

Rocket wants to pull out minions with Looking for Trouble, then bop them with No Quarter. No Quarter will let him discard from the top of his deck based on the excess damage, keeping any aggression cards discarded. The more excess damage you do, the more cards you get to mill.

If any of the cards discarded are Chase Them Down, you get a little threat removal out of the deal. If any of the cards discarded are Moment of Triumph, you get to heal based on the excess damage. This is allowed, as you are still within the "response" window.

Of course, if you can, it's also ideal to get a Marked on the minion first, so that you can also benefit from overkill.

No attack cards in hand? That's why I've included Aggressive Stance, a new card from Winter Soldier's pack, to keep handy in case you don't draw into any of the many attack events in this deck.

If threat is an issue, you can go for Into the Fray instead. With Honed Technique, it swings for nine damage, plus whatever you get from any Follow Throughs you have in play. That's a lot of easy threat removal.

Angela also allows you to hunt for a minion and provides you with a chump block and a means to weaken minions up so that you can overkill them. Throg is another must in any minion-summoning deck. He's good for two blocks.

Solo v. Multiplayer

I published the solo build version of this deck. If you are playing with someone who can handle threat, replace any number of Chase Them Down with Dive Bomb or Firepower.
