Let me venture to say that this has become one of the best decks in the game. Until now, there was no way to effectively boost the very tight mechanics of War Machine hero cards. However, with this new combo, the dynamics of the hero cards is compacted into 40 cards, not one more, not one less.
Objective and Deck Cards:
There is nothing better than explaining the deck through its combos:
The main combo results between Agent 13 and Munitions Bunker, however, if Munitions Bunker happens to not be in play yet, you can take advantage of Helicarrier to prepare it by reducing two resources per turn. Agent 13 via 3 copies of Honorary Avenger that were included in the deck, Sky Cycle, Inspired and Power Gloves, will allow him to intervene for 6, deal two damage of his choice, and add 6 ammo counters each turn on alter-ego only, giving him only 11 damage when changing hero to through this combo, but don't worry, the ammo counters will never be wasted, being able to accumulate enough ammo to finish the villain in one hit through Shoulder Cannon (perfected by Fry) .
3 copies of Inspiring Presence, Command Team, including Rapid Response, to be able to perform 9 intervention, 3 damage of choice and add 8 ammo counters with only one of these cards, although the main purpose of adding Command Team is to provoke the response from Iron Man or return to play Agent 13, exceptional case that she fell defeated.
In addition to three copies of Inspiring Presence and three copies of Honorary Avenger that will keep Agent 13 on the table for the entire match, added Reinforced Suit and Team Training increasing the maximum health of Agent 13, being able to heal her as long as we have one of the three copies of First Aid and Innovation.
Lastly, added Crew Quarters useful when constantly changing identity into alter-ego, Two Against the World to fructify Iron Man, and Maria Hill to get more out of Team Training with another ally, cycling the deck, and by theme with her S.H.I.E.L.D trait, although another possible option (proposed by josebu) could be to exchange it for Kaluu and make better use of the ammunition once the combo is prepared.
Evolution:
It is possible to think about using War Machine in fairness but I consider it a mistake. It is true that we will constantly want to change to the identity alter-ego, however, Agent 13 is enough on its own to keep the plan to the letter.
On the other hand, even though there are other characters like Captain Marvel and Black Widow who can take advantage of Agent 13 preparing their supports. For Captain Marvel I find it more particular to build a deck centered around energy type resources, just like for Black Widow around setup cards. In the same way, Captain America and Spider-Woman although they present allies do not have cards of support being essential.

Permiteme atreverme a decir que este se ha convertido en uno de los mejores mazos del juego. Hasta ahora no existía la posibilidad de potenciar eficazmente la mecánica muy cerrada de las cartas de héroe de War Machine, sin embargo, con este nuevo combo la dinámica de las cartas de héroe se compacta en 40 cartas, ni una más ni una menos.

El combo principal resulta entre Agent 13 y Munitions Bunker, sin embargo, si Munitions Bunker por casualidad no está aún en juego, puedes aprovechar Helicarrier para prepararla reduciendo dos recursos por turno. Agent 13 a través de 3 copias de Honorary Avenger que se incluyeron en el mazo, Sky Cycle, Inspired y Power Gloves, le permetirán intervenir de 6, realizar dos daños a elección, y añadir 6 contadores de munición cada turno solo en alter-ego, conferiéndole solo 11 daños al cambiar a héroe a través de este combo, pero tranquilo, los contadores de munición nunca serán desperdiciados pudiendo acumular suficiente cantidad de munición para terminar con el villano de un solo golpe a través de Shoulder Cannon (perfeccionado por Fry).
3 copias de Inspiring Presence, Command Team, incluso Rapid Response, para poder realizar 9 de intervención, 3 daños a elección y añadir 8 contadores de munición con sola una de estas cartas, aunque el objetivo principal de añadir Command Team sea provocar la respuesta de Iron Man o devolver al juego Agent 13, caso excepcional que cayera derrotada.
Además de 3 copias de Inspiring Presence y 3 copias de Honorary Avenger que mantendrán a Agent 13 en mesa durante toda la partida, se añadió Reinforced Suit y Team Training aumentando la vida máxima de Agent 13, pudiéndola curar siempre que dispongamos de una de las tres copias de First Aid e Innovation.
Por último, se añadió Crew Quarters útil al cambiar constantemente de identidad en alter-ego, Two Against the World para fructificar a Iron Man, y Maria Hill para sacar mayor provecho a Team Training con otro aliado, ciclar el mazo, y por temática con su rasgo S.H.I.E.L.D, aunque otra posible opción (propuesta por josebu) podría ser intercambiarla por Kaluu y aprovechar en mayor medida la munición una vez este preparado el combo.
Evolución:
Cabe pensar utilizar War Machine en justicia pero lo considero un error. Es cierto que constantemente querremos cambiar a la identidad alter-ego, sin embargo, Agent 13 se basta por si sola para mantener el plan a raja tabla.
Por otro lado, a pesar que existen otros personajes como Captain Marvel y Black Widow que pueden aprovechar Agent 13 preparando sus apoyos. En Captain Marvel me resulta más particular crear un mazo centrado en recursos tipo energía, al igual que para Black Widow en torno a cartas de preparación. Del mismo modo, Captain America y Spider-Woman aunque presenten aliados no tienen cartas de apoyo considerándolo fundamental.
