Fortune favors the B[lindf]old

Fortune favors the Bold is about increasing your fortune (luck) by doubling down on the ability to see what's coming from the encounter deck to make your decisions even more informed.

Other allies of note

Before I discuss the allies, I think it's worth mentioning that Aerial Evacuation prevents damage, not "damage from an attack", so you can discard it to prevent Consequential Damage. That might seem like a waste, but saving an ally plus a free trip to Alter-Ego for recovery (with or without Soup Kitchen) or to use your Birds of a Feather Action and then flip back up to hero is well worth 1 resource imo.

AERIAL allies benefit from Soaring Acrobatics, can trigger your Eagle-Eyed Response, and can be paid for with The Power of Flight and Falcon's Flock:

  • Cannonball can stay around for a good long time because you'll usually have plenty of AERIAL cards in hand, and if you don't you can pop Aerial Evacuation
  • Quasar does solid work when entering, then can get the Soaring Acrobatics buff.
  • Redwing offers LOADS of value
  • Vivian blanks a non-ELITE minion and can thwart for 3 with Soaring Acrobatics, and you can pop Aerial Evacuation to prevent the Consequential damage and do it again next turn.
  • And Wiccan isn't AERIAL, but he won't be "wiffan" in this deck!

Global Logistics is chef kiss for Falcon! With all these thwarting allies (especially Monica Chang), what about One Way or Another and Chance Encounter for ally recursion?

I recorded a game with this deck last night and One Way or Another would have been welcome! I never played Yaw and Roll or Lay the Trap, so those would be some good swaps!
