The idea behind this build is to deal some massive Counterattacks. Specialized Training is to grab Front Line Specialist for the extra health which will be direly needed. We'll be needing to recover our health quite a bit so Down Time will help with that. Forcing the villain to attack with Toe to Toe seems really bad, but Attacrobatics can help mitigate any nasty boost cards that are revealed and "You'll Pay for That!" also benefits to remove a tonne of threat from a scheme, potentially clearing Specialized Training in one fell swoop.
