Yeah, I know, that's a 50 cards deck...but :

  • I wanted to show a version with all the toys I liked.
  • You can take out some cards (see at the end).
  • We're talking about Domino, you'll discard your deck in seconds anyway.
  • Once all on the table, you've got only 23 cards in your deck/hand.

Overview :

  • Play Style : Set up then use Diamondback ability all day long and kill everything, every turn
  • Difficulty : Hard (it's Domino after all...)
  • Power level : High to medium
  • Recommended Player Count : 3-4 (see below for 1-2)
  • Ideal Aspect Partner : Justice or Leadership with thwarting power

I haven't tried the deck in 3-4p yet (even though it is designed for it...) but it works fine in solo (with a few tweaks, see at the end) and 2p.
Power level wise, it's medium in solo, better in 2p and should be much higher in 3 and 4 player counts. All of that because the more enemies in play, the more Diamondback will inflict damage !

Set up :

  • You see, the real question is : can you pay for those 27 cards on the table in a few turns ? Yeah...most of them, cost curve is still pretty low and you draw A LOT !
  • Be selfish, let your friends thwart so you can change form every turn and do not share your resources/draws until you're mostly set up.

Concept :

Other combos and how to play the deck :

Other cards and recommandations :

  • Moira MacTaggert is good, but I'm already at 50 cards...This game is very limiting !!! :p

Solo (and 2p ?) version :

  • Professor X will help you go to alter-ego.
  • Ready to Rumble could help you heal Domino/Diamondback and then thwart a bit more.
  • Deadpool is a nice way to thwart all game. Especially with one Reinforced Suit and some healing.

40-ish cards :

  • For 40-ish cards version, you could take out Sunspot, Nick Fury, Call For Backup, X-Bunker, Endurance, X-Force Recruit, 1 Reinforced Suit, some resources.

Have fun ! ;) I appreciate a like/fav :)

Domino looks like a great hero to build for sidekick, I like it. How often, and how fast do you end up getting your sidekick out with the upgrade? Seems like some suit ups could help get that going quicker.

Oh, one thing I forgot and is not so obvious :
If you have Sidekick in hand but no Diamondback, use your hero ability to discard it and catch it with The Painted Lady (or at least swap it, if you can't discard your top card yet) !

Though, if you don't have that boat and still have a lot of cards in your deck, don't be afraid to just throw Sidekick away to dig deeper into your deck and find the pieces you need, you'll see it again soon anyway :)

@HeroicSkeleton 100% of the time :)
Some villains put a lot of pressure but Domino can dig through her deck pretty fast and catch it with Painted Lady (see my comment above I posted at the exact same time as you :p ) You should HARD mulligan for either Lady or Diamondback, even throwing away pistols or the pug in the process sometimes...

Suit up ended up being a dead card after the first pass of the deck (sometimes second) so I took it out :)
