Sue’s eternal forcefield

It should be known that this deck is actually designed for DesignHacker’s custom Sue Storm hero. Alas there is no option for custom cards on cdb so Black Panther it is.

In any case, the deck is designed around three events. Sue’s most obvious weakness is of course her fragility, so Desperate Defense and Psychic Misdirection are included as defense events to counteract that. Powerful Punch takes advantage of her ability to switch to Psionic form after she attacks, therefore allowing her to switch back to Invisible form at the end of her turn for the added hand size.

Unflappable is obvious. An extra card for a successful defense is broken. Judoka Skill is included to make that ability more consistent (and to keep small damage from going through when unnecessary).

Defensive Training and Jocasta can tutor for any of the three main defense events so you can always have the one more likely to help you in any given round. Beyond that, Ready to Rumble is a way to utilize her constant form switching for readies (and in some cases can act as a more efficient Indomitable.

That’s pretty much the deck. Everything else is included to help with resources and card draw.
