FFG has discussed changes to Peter Parker/Spider-Man that will alter the Spider-Man side to include the WEB-WARRIOR keyword on him. This deck assumes that is the case and also assumes it will be added to the basic version of Spider-Man (Miles Morales) as well.

Look to get Hard to Ignore and Unflappable out early. Other good early cards are Web of Life and Destiny (free with the assumption that Spidey should have the WEB-WARRIOR keyword), and the basic kit Web-Shooters.

With these cards out early, you can focus defending as Spider-Man, using Desperate Defense and Indomitable to ready him after the attack. When doing a full block, Hard to Ignore and Unflappable will allow you to remove 1 threat from the main scheme and draw a card respectively.

If you can't ready after a defend, look to use your WEB-WARRIOR allies to chump block for you. In particular you want to get Ghost-Spider and Spider-Man (Hobie Brown) in play and out as fast as you can.

If you can't get Hard to Ignore out early and end up in trouble on the main scheme, look to your allies to handle thwarting while Spidey continues to defend. A few well placed Swinging Web Kicks along with some allies and a good draw for Spider-Man (Hobie Brown) when removing him from play should make quick work of most villains.
