Simple protection deck for Venom.
Simply put, defend with the boost from Venom's Pistol and Armored Vest, use Nerves of Steel to trigger Desperate Defense, Never Back Down or Side Step. With this much defense (7), you take very little damage.
Get rewards from Electrostatic Armor and Unflappable.
Use symbiotic bond to trigger Black Widow 's ability, heal Warlock, or make the most out of Venom's signature cards.
Stun comes in various forms, Grasping Tendrils, Mockingbird,Iron Fist, Never Back Down.
Thwart with Starhawk, Warlock, both of which you could keep in play permanently, or of course Behind Enemy Lines or Multi-Gun.
Deal damage with Multi-Gun when it doesn't thwart, Run and Gun whenever possible for good hits. Don't forget that the villain will often be stunned and you won't always be exhausted from blocking.
