This deck can speed run Breath of the Wild in 67 seconds on hard difficulty without using any Divine Beasts

Storm is an omega level mutant and super duper SS tier. Not only does she have limitless control over the weather, she's also the avatar of Eternity- the cosmic embodiment of the universe itself. So yeah, S tier is an understatement.

Other girls run Storm with a lot of allies for Thunderstorm, but I'm not like them. Also, I hate flipping with her because Ororo doesn't do anything in her normal girl form and forgets how to do weather magic for some reason. So I'm not bothering with Ready for a Fight. Instead, I want to tank hits, and use Blizzard, What Doesn't Kill Me and "Come Get Me, Bub!" to mitigate damage.

With all the upgrades out, you can get up to 6 Def, which is a decent starting point. Add in the -1 Atk from Blizzard and -3 from Flash Freeze. You can actually stack both copies, so we can get to 6 Def and give all enemies -7 Attack. With some luck, that will stop you from getting 1 shot by Juggernaut with 10 momentum counters and the infinity gauntlet, if you happen to be in that situation.

"Come Get Me, Bub!" gives you a minion. Ronin, Dauntless, and Hurricane takes them out with retaliate and draws you 2 cards off Change of Fortune. You don't even have to do anything, they just fall over after attacking you. work smarter, not harder folks! And with Stand Alone, you can defend the villain first, and then ready up when the minion attacks you.

Symbiote Suit is an OP card with zero downsides. Just play it and you double your HP, get stats and an extra card every turn. The villain gets another card too, which could just be Assault, meaning you can hit em with even more retaliate damage. Win win. The extra HP from this and Defensive Conditioning helps keep Dauntless online too.

Other girls would run In Harm's Way in their Ronin deck, but- well, you get the idea.

This deck is within the optimal deck size range, which is between 40 cards and 40 cards. If you are looking for a challenge, you can add more cards. Each card above 40 makes the deck 10% worse, meaning if you go to 50 cards you will immediately lose after resolving mulligan.
