A deck designed to go with another deck featuring Scarlet Witch, the game plan is to simply have Quicksilver keep the board clear, SW keeps the scheme clear, then they both dog-pile on the villain once they're both built up. You want to spend a lot of time in alter-ego to abuse their Superpowered Siblings ability as it's a better version of Tony Stark's futurist ability.

Basic plan - Get all your resource generators out on the table, especially Friction Resistance and all of Quicksilver's basic ability upgrades.

Use Toe to Toe primarily on minions to keep that board cleared so you can safely flip down, saving your Quick Strike cards until you have your ATK boosted up, or at least when you have a Maximum Velocity ready to go.

Your allies are primarily there to help you clear minions, and make use of Earth's Mightiest Heroes so you can keep readying up, and keep readying Friction Resistance. Remember, it readies up EVERY time Quicksilver readies up, not just once per phase, and you can use it to pay for Jarnbjorn which also can be used multiple times a turn.

So once all your resource generators and ATK buffs are out, you can start spam-spending Always Be Running and just deck the Villain like a fist-tornado. Enjoy!
