King to Bishop 1 - Wolverine The piece that can move 1 each turn.
- Can thwart each round for one and then heal in early game.
- Has piercing, if needed.
- Add attack training and his attacks go to 4, when needed.
- Game Time can ready him then to thwart twice in one round.
Queen to Bishop 2 - Hope Summers The multitalented Queen.
- Good attack and thwarting.
- Can pull a superpower such as Super-Charged or Concussive Blast
Knight to Bishop 3 - Randall - the lightning speed of a horse.
- use a lightning bolt resource card to heal him.
Rook to Bishop 4 - Malcolm - the solid castle.
- use a fist resource to heal him.

Prioritize getting Bishop's Rifle and Bishop's Uniform out. Locked and Loaded can help with the rifle. Mulligan hard for the uniform, if needed.
Power up his health. Endurance, Aggressive Conditioning and Front Line Specialist can get him to 22 health. If desired, you can even add Symbiote Suit to get it to 32 health.
Now taking a hit is no problem
- draw a card, draw cards for each point of damage, then heal for each resource card in your hand.
- then activate the rifle.
- then dump those resources into Super-Charged, Malcolm and Randall.
