This deck is primarily about flipping up from Armor Up and Ready for a Fight to gain a tough, or acquiring a tough from Anticipated Attack, defending for the table, while drawing additional cards from Moira MacTaggert and Unflappable.
This deck is mostly Boomguy's "Nyet" (https://marvelcdb.com/decklist/view/49334/nyet-1.0) with a few minor modifications.
