Wanted to build a deck focusing on Quick Quip so this hero is big enough to do it. Also wanted to use Scare Tactic for cheap attacks once confuse is out. Of couse Float Like a Butterfly for additional damage.
Down Time is great to get 6 HP recovery.
One Way or Another and Avengers Mansion for card draw.
I didn't want to use ready cards like the basic Spider-Man ally and Limitless Stamina. But want to play the Justice Spider-Man since this hero can most likely pay for it.
Managed to defeat Mutagen Formula Stage 3 with 22 damage: VEN#m (5) + Basic attack x2 from 1 All systems Go (8) + Web-Trap(5) + Machine Man (4)
Wiccan, Wraith, The Raft, can be replaced with Web-warrior cards.
