Update I changed a few cards around here after testing, seeing that some of the cards I had for Cap just weren't necessary. I replaced them with more utility for Iron Man.

This is my Ally Iron Man deck, which I've been dying to build. Ant-Man's pack makes it possible with all of the new upgrades.

It's pretty simple and straightforward, get Iron Man in your opening hand, and then play him at a discount with Living Legend. This is pretty much the only reason I chose Captain America as the hero for the deck. Call for Aid is there for if you do not see Iron Man in your opening hand. Just mill until you get him. He's the only Avenger ally, obviously. But, in almost every game I've played, I've gotten him in my opening hand, because I will mulligan my entire hand for him.

Iron Man does everything as soon as you can get him loaded up. Inspired gets him to 3/3 and the Suit and Honorary Avenger stack up to give him hero-like HP. The Power Gloves add some damage no matter what he chooses to do, and are nice when attacking 4 HP minions. The Sky Cycle, paired with some of the healing, is nice for more actions.

Choosing Cap for this deck also makes Earth's Mightiest Heroes a little better, as you have a ready ability on Cap, and could then use EMH to ready Iron Man by exhausting Cap. All of the defending will have to be Cap's responsibility, anyway.

Lead from the Front is added just as a stat buff for Iron Man. First Aid and Inspiring Presence obviously keep him topped off.

I've got a video against Ex. Crossbones to show it in action. https://youtu.be/nkzMy8K2IyQ

What are your thoughts on using Ronin instead of Iron Man? You have to pay for your upgrades, but you get +1 to both Thwart and Attack. Seems like an even trade.

@Melphordefinitely a valid idea. This deck for me was made wanting to use Iron Man, specifically. But, if you're looking for your own version to pilot, Ronin is definitely a very good choice. The upgrades all being so cheap certainly isn't a hindrance.

@Hall of Cards Giant Man also seems like a valid target. He is expensive, but he is hitting for 5 each turn with just Inspired. I have been trying out a similar deck that runs Iron Man, Ronin, and Giant-Man along with a handful of other allies.
