This deck is about drawing cards (lots of cards) and doing damage (lots of damage).

We want to take advantage of Colossus' natural card draw and economy using Iron Will and Titanium Muscles. Deft Focus, The X-Jet, and Martial Prowess will also help the economy.

Added to that is Press the Advantage, which should draw cards when the enemy is stunned and confused. Drop Kick, Psylocke, Mockingbird, Steel Fist, and Professor X help to keep the villain covered in status cards.

This ain't your daddy's flip-every-turn-and-abuse-Armor Up deck. Nope. We are going to flip when needed, but not all the time.

We want to lean into status and attacking, using tough cards to drive economy first and foremost. Toe to Toe is a great example of this: play it, deal 5 damage, and then take the attack into a tough card to draw a card from Iron Will. 5 damage can often kill a minion, or just push damage onto the villain!

Most allies are here for status, except for Wolverine. He is here to help with tough cards, and fuel Fastball Special for lots of damage.

Aggressive Stance can help to recycle any Attack event from your deck (not discard pile, crucially), but that can be used to grab Fastball Special if you want damage, or Press the Advantage or Drop Kick to draw more cards, Toe to Toe, or Steel Fist.
