This was a fun one! I put it together to tackle Ebony Maw with the Ship Command, Dystopian Nightmare, and Black Order modular sets, and my main goal was to clear the scenario as fast as possible.
Psi-Flail Strike and Ready for a Fight were the MVPs (MVCs?) for this deck. Psylocke already has tons of access to confuse, and stun from Psi-Flail makes it so the villain will rarely have the chance to activate. This meant that Ebony Maw was rarely able to complete his spells, and I had one game where he didn't manage to cast a single one.
Though this is the deck I used, I wouldn't call it optimized. In all three attempts, I never managed to play Not Today!, Soaring Hearts, IPAC, or Endurance. If I were to work on this deck further, I'd drop IPAC and Soaring Hearts – neither card is especially useful for a rush strategy.
