If you know me, you know Jubilee has not been favorite.

In fact, she was my least favorite in the last hero ranking. Ouch!

But I finally started having fun with her in Leadership, and I wanted to share a build for her I have really enjoyed!

Some of the big ideas:

Band Together is awesome for her! Since you can specify each wild resource as a different resource, it helps hit her kickers where normal double resources do not. Because you need these online, it's imperative to play at least 1 ally ASAP, and it's important to keep 2-3 out at all times if possible. This should be doable, because the villain should be getting stunned and confused, and you can soak hits with Jubilee or eventually with Wolverine.

• Speaking of which, soaking hits with Wolverine is one of the big ideas. Once he has Sidekick, Danger Room Training, or Team Training boosting his hit points, he can pretty comfortably tank hits when necessary, such as when Jubilee is low on hit points. Then, when you flip to alter-ego, he'll heal 3 from his own ability, and if Jubilee recovers (for 5 with Downtime), Wolverine will heal for 2 from Sidekick. He will also attack for 4 or thwart for 2, of course, but the ability to tank hits, too, is really, really fun.

Call for Backup helps you get out Wolverine early, though you can also wait on playing him and get back on the table with Pixie or Make the Call.

New Recruits is AWESOME for her in this deck. Because the extra ally does not count against your ally limit, it's easier to keep 2-3 allies on the table at all times, and you can even have 3 allies on the table and get a full 3 resources from Band Together to play another ally. The flexibility of the new recruits' powers also helps you adapt to the situation on the board. X-Mansion keeps your new recruit alive all game!

Cyclops is a great finisher, of course, and you can dial him up with Make the Call or Pixie. I've found this deck can almost accidentally OTK (one-turn kill) a villain's final stage if Cyclops hits the table.

Hope you have fun with this deck, especially if Jubilee hasn't been your favorite like she wasn't mine. With this deck, I feel like I'm really playing Jubilee from the animated shows: all about that team training, life around the X-Mansion, and sneaking off in the X-Jet!

(10 points if you get the deck title reference.)

Sideboard: I meant to include thoughts on sideboard / adjustments, but the only key one I have in mind is switching out Unlikely Duo for Triage in many match ups.

Love to see you coming around on Joobs! I did a big U-turn on her as well last year, and I think she's really fun!
