This deck is made to defend for the table.

Ideally, you would want to play with 3-4 players. You'll be taunting the villain to fast track setting up upgrades and have enough cards to pay for Draw Their Fire. Below covers highlights of some cards from each card type.

Ally

Jocasta will bank a defense event such as (Desperate Defense or Up, Up, and Away.

Events

Desperate Defense in case Draw Their Fire is not active, this will be one of the main ways to defend for others.

Taunt synergies with Falcon's hero kit. Getting the villain to attack you with 0 boosts means the next card can contribute to Falcon's Hero kit cards that need icons to get a boost themselves. If you can time it right, using Taunt during your turn means you can take advantage of things like Hard to Ignore, Unflappable, and Electrostatic Armor. Then during the villain's phase those upgrades will be ready!

Supports

Helicarrier, Quincarrier, and Team-Building Exercise helps pay for cards such as Draw Their Fire.

Upgrades

Practiced Plan is maxed out at three so you can recur Draw Their Fire and Aerial Evacuation.

As most Protection decks go:

I've created a similar deck although still waiting for Falcon to arrive so haven't played it yet. Is Desperate Defense really needed here? I'm assuming you trying to use Draw their Fire every turn so is a straighten needed? I'm using Riposte and Not Today for my Defense events
