Quicksilver Strikes Back

This deck is based on Quicksilver's Super Speed capability to stay in Hero form almost permanently while defending against villain's attacks and take even benefit of it.

For that purpose, only two allies are sufficient, especially with Starhawk who can go back again and again and again.

Quicksilver then uses Hard to Ignore, Unflappable, Bait and Switch, Counter-Punch, Never Back Down, Preemptive Strike, Energy Barrier and Electrostatic Armor to both protect himself and gain special effects from the villain attacks.

I tested it several times and it is a pleasant deck to play. It takes a first deck for your board to be fully emplaced but Quicksilver has many capabilities to control during the emplacement phase and become more and more efficient to deal damages with time.

I am currently playing it with a Leadership Captain Marvel's deck with a friend in a campaign. I just needed to remove the Quincarrier which is not 100% necessary here. It is thus a multiplayer deck too.
