While making this deck I wanted to lean more in the direction of upgrades attached to enemies and I believe we already have enough tools to make it work.

Your goal is simple, boost your attack to 4-5, attach all but one cards from the Sense Deck to something (so you can cycle the one remaining card) and get to pummeling the villain with your respectable ATK stat and extra damage from Radar Sense. With The Man Without Fear you attack twice per phase and ideally trigger +3 damage each time. Spoiling for a Fight should be used with caution as an extra ready towards the end of the game, possibly banked under Contingency Planning, if you're sure no nasty minions (especially Guard ones) are left in the deck. In case you're itching to use it before then, Throg and Spider-Girl will help you out.

Take That! is there mostly for the sake of dishing out some damage before you boost your stats enough.

Two copies of Deft Focus included because Daredevil loves playing a free Sense Deck card each turn. Just use the extra one as resource - there's always something to spend it on. Helicarrier can be used as an alternative to resource cards to thin out the deck, but will be competing with other supports.

With boosted ATK stat The Direct Approach becomes a useful tool for clearing side schemes and will sometimes trigger Living Lie Detector. Caught in the Crossfire will ping weaker minions so you don't waste basic attacks on them, although Marked is an option as well, just doesn't have energy resource for Wasp

Aggressive Conditioning will be swappable for Innate Aggression once Jessica's hero pack is out, but even now the extra health isn't too bad.
