Tigra doesn't gain much from actually killing minions, but she likes to have minions engaged with her for On The Hunt. This deck uses Pinned Down to keep the minions engaged with her with little to no downside. Even if they're Hunted, that's fine since you don't want more than 3 minions. Ideally, you will have 1 copy of Hunted in your deck so you can search it up in alter-ego to use as a resource, but it's just nice to have.
Dr. Sinclair and What Doesn't Kill Me help heal up chip damage from the villain or minions before you can get them Pinned Down. Hunted is a guaranteed resource in alter-ego so you can use that or Quincarrier. This means you're often healing for 5 to 7 hp once you get Down Time in play, allowing you to completely ignore even more minions so you can focus your Tooth and Claws and your Sharp Claws on the villain.
Ready for a Fight and Practiced Plan lets you flip to alter-ego every turn and thwart for 4 with Precinct HQ. It also activates Hidden Base and Dr. Sinclair for extra defense and healing.
