In Hulk's Way
This is just a tanky, multiplayer Hulk deck using In Harm's Way.
Note that Tackle is a Placeholder for In Harm's Way!
Even if you haven't increased your DEF with Armored Vest and Defensive Conditioning In Harm's Way is better than Sub-Orbital Leap for three reasons:
- Same cost (assuming you control no allies, which this deck does assume).
- It removes the same amount of threat.
- It also deals 3 damage to an enemy.
When you DO have both upgrades down it's better than the all "kicked" Sub-Orbital Leap for four reasons:
- Same cost (assuming you control no allies, which this deck does assume).
- It removes the same amount of threat (5 this time)
- It also deals 5 damage to an enemy.
- It doesn't require all resources.
Allies
The allies I've included are meant to get out of the way quickly:
- Daredevil Thwarts for 2 twice or once and defends for someone
- Iron Fist sticks around a little longer if you want to use both stuns, then it defends for someone
- Mockingbird gives you a stun and then defends for someone.
- Starhawk comes back to your hand every turn so that you can ensure he's not it play when you want to play In Harm's Way.
For those same reasons, Army of One looks like a great fit in this deck, but to make room for it I'd need to swap Taunt or What Doesn't Kill Me for it and I don't want to do either because:
- Taunt is just too good, especially when played using Ingenuity
- What Doesn't Kill Me also provides healing which I want in this deck because despite his DEF being as high as 5 I'm going to tank most hits rather than defending (Endurance + Defensive Conditioning + Immovable Object gives him +10 HP, for a total of 28).
- Both of those cards have resources but Army of One has an resource.
Testing
This deck has been tested in 2- and 3-player games and has done very well. While it doesn't focus on In Harm's Way, it's provides a nice bonus when a little extra thwarting is called for.

So desperate for new cards we're posting decks with cards that don't release for months I'm dead
