"A meme deck that actually holds its own!" – Cappster_

Just think of all the extra cards you're about to draw!

There's really only one hero that could steal the spotlight from Simon. And she can do it as early as TURN TWO!

Lights!

Mulligan HARD for a copy of Suit Up and Call for Aid. These two, unassuming cards are about to give your hand a huge glow-up.

Rules Clarification

Rules Reference 1.7, Appendix II, pg.49

Step 14. Draw Cards. Each player draws cards from their deck until they have cards equal in number to their hand size (including modifiers), as listed near the bottom of their identity card.
Step 15. Resolve Mulligans. Each player may discard any number of cards from hand, and then draw up to their starting hand size. (Do not shuffle these discarded cards back into their decks at this time.)
Step 16. Resolve Player "Setup" Abilities. Resolve any “Setup” abilities on player cards in play.
Make sure you Draw an initial hand of 6, and then redraw after the mulligan back to 6, BEFORE you resolve Cameo

Play Suit Up to bring Captain Marvel + Sidekick into your hand. Hold on to Call for Aid.

(Note: If you draw Sidekick in your opening hand, make sure you pitch it - Suit up will need it in the discard or deck to resolve)

Camera!!

Okay, Turn 2. This is where the magic happens. Play Call for Aid, grabbing all three Digging Deeps and White Fox as there are no other Avengers in the deck. This will also reset your deck, so any of those other "key cards" that you pitched during your mulligan will be back in the deck.

You should now have Carol, Sidekick, 3 Digging Deeps, and 2 other cards in your hand. The PERFECT amount to bring in Carol Danvers as your Co-Star! (White Fox, for Best Supporting Actor)

All of this for the low, low cost of one extra encounter card!

ACTION!!!

So now you're set up. You have Captain Marvel with Sidekick, and White Fox on the board. You should be able to easily clear out the threat that you accumulated the turn before.

Turn 3 on, the play pattern is pretty simple. Play your events, then attack. Never let an event be played with a full Ionic Physiology. Resist the impulse to save a Unified Strike for when you have 3 events tucked. You're wasting a damage and a point of healing.

Spoiling for a Fight for "free" readies is self explanatory. If you get overwhelmed with the minions summoned, you'll have Bombs Away to clear them out.

Call for Aid should only be used if White Fox is in your deck, along with at least one Digging Deep, but the more the better.

Side-by-Side is why we play Sidekick decks. Readying both Wonder Man and Captain Marvel, AND giving them a stat boost is just too good. It's also , so it provides EVEN MORE VALUE. *Chef's Kiss* AND YOU'RE DRAWING MORE CARDS!!! *whew*

Stronger Together can (and should be) used to prevent consequential damage with Captain Marvel attacks. It can also be used if you need to chump block with White Fox to potentially save her. But either way, it goes straight to Ionic Physiology

Just remember - try to attack with Wonder Man as soon as he has 3 cards under Ionic Physiology. Then play events to recharge. Then attack again. Try to never let a go to waste by playing it when Ionic Physiology is full.
