Herc's got "All the Readies"

Version 2.0 only makes a few minor changes after testing. You can see Version 1.0 here for comparison.

The idea for this deck is "All the Readies":

• All of my allies (including Amadeus Cho after I put Honorary Avenger on him) are AVENGER to get me readies with Earth's Mightiest Heroes (but I'm not going to exhaust HIM for a ready).
• Face the Past should have been in Version 1.0! Ares is easy to defeat, you LOVE the card draw, and if you're still dealing with a LABOR you're probably not attacking the villain anyway!
• Repurpose requires Energy Shield to be in play for the ready, but while they're out they can help protect my allies.
• Because I'll tank a lot of hits, What Doesn't Kill Me can heal and (more importantly) ready me.
• Limitless Stamina and Son of Zeus are the "obvious" readies and they don't require anything else to be in play to work.

Stronger Together can protect any of my AVENGER allies (which now includes Amadeus Cho with the addition of Honorary Avenger), or anyone with an Energy Shield (because it has an resource).

Herc's Helm makes me the defender so I don't have to exhaust if Protect Humanity is my labor, and when I want to flip down for a new labor, Hidden Base gives me a tough.

"All the Readies"

"All the Readies" will help you clear any of the LABORs

• Defeat the Hydra: ATK him for 3 multiple times to make short work of him! Increase your attack with Golden Mace and Lion of Olympus.
• Embody Pathos: Thwart with your ATK of 3 multiple times to make short work of it! Increase your attack with Lion of Olympus.
• Protect Humanity: Ideally you'll have Herc's Helm in play to make you the defender, but even if you do you may need to Basic Defend for Amadeus Cho anyway if there are minions in play which will be attacking him. Readying after the defense gets you back to work.

Allies

Of course, any of your other allies can also defend for Amadeus Cho, and if they do so, they can be protected from taking damage with Stronger Together (which you sadly can't use on Cho...) and / or Energy Shield (...which you can attach to Cho).

• Brother Voodoo has a decent chance to find an event because they make up half of the deck.
• Iron Lad can use the THW of Brother Voodoo, Swordsman, or Yellow Jacket to preserve their HP.
• Patriot make a great defender for Cho because he'll get a Tough when that minion enters play.
• Swordsman is expensive, but you get to see the total attack value before declaring him the defender (without exhausting is a BONUS).
• Victor Mancha makes another good defender, because you might not even need to spend resources to keep him healthy due to his damage-reduction text.
• I'm happy to find any of my Upgrades with Yellow Jacket, but I need the Energy Shields to be able to use Repurpose!
