When it says "Hercules's attacks" - does it mean his ATK swings only? Or is any attack card (hero/aspect) that is played by the Hercules player valid? — 3t1j4 · 1

No. An attachment with Victory only goes to the victory display when the attached card is defeated. Discarding a vulnerable minion with a status doesn't count as defeating it — Stretch22 · 2461
What happens if Hercules is defeated while Defeat the Hydra is in play? Technically the minion engages the next clockwise player, but with the attachment, no other player can defeat it. Does it lose the attachment, or just proceed to make the rounds chewing up one player after another? — myrg · 2

The big question is ... what happens if there is no such minions in the villain deck.

Did this fail? Did this get resolved without effort? Took a minions with 5 hp? 4 if no 5 , then 3 ...

Seems one design oversight.
