This is the first Falcon deck I've ever built that I actually enjoy playing. I could not figure out a way to play Sam that would be satisfying and effective, he's always felt weak and weird to me. But then it finally clicked. I am now confident that Justice is his best aspect and really lets his kit shine like no other.

This deck is pretty good, holds his own in true solo on Expert, and is actually very fun to play. Also, you could definitely go even more tryhard and swap in some more powerful staples if you want!

  • Yaw and Roll is a fantastic Aerial thwart event and the main reason why I chose Justice. Easily takes out Side Schemes and keeps the main in check too.

  • The second main reason why Justice is so good for Falcon are the Aerial allies available in this aspect. Banshee, Quasar and Captain Britain are really efficient and cool on their own. But with all the additional economy that we have in this deck, they become amazing. Team-Building Exercise, Falcon's Flock, and Soup Kitchen are all excellent and really let you afford these allies without consuming your entire turn just to put one body on the board.

  • Down Time synergizes well with Soup Kitchen and helps Falcon recover more quickly to get right back into the fray.

  • Sonic Rifles are obviously amazing and help Sam catch a breather against any non-Stalwart villain - which he really needs.

  • Soaring Acrobatics is not Aerial traited (which is so weird to me, like, why?) but it's very useful here. I frequently use it on Captain Britain to deal with things that require 4 points which is otherwise an awkward break point for this deck. This card solves that problem nicely.

  • Going Undercover synergizes extremely well with Falcon. You can set up amazing sequences of plays with this one side scheme. Take Out the Guards is here mostly for fun, you can replace it if you don't vibe with it.

  • Cannonball is a must-have for any Aerial deck, and this one's no exception. Amazing ally with potentially infinite value.

  • But the real star of the show is, of course, Redwing. Once you're all set up you will be playing and replaying him so many times in a row in a single turn it will almost feel like cheating. I love this crazy little bird. Such a fun design.

  • Pulse Grenade is a "we have Redwing at home" flavor but it still has its use cases - slap it down early and let it sit there until you really need it and the top card of the encounter deck has those juicy icons. It just fits Falcon's playstyle really well.

Important note: The upcoming Wonder Man pack has multiple cards that will definitely find their home in this deck like the new Sentry and Firebird allies. I might post an updated list once it comes out.

I am really happy that I am finally able to actually enjoy Falcon. I hope that if you decide to give this list a try, you will enjoy him too.

Cheers!
