FURY CALLS FOR AIR COVER

I like Leo Fitz and Jemma Simmons combo. But Nick doesn't quite have enough targets in kit to really use them consistently enough. In comes Air Cover to boost the numbers up. Spray Fire is a stupendous card but a lot of the time, when you sweep each enemy for 6 damage, many of the minions might be quite weak, and there's a lot of wasted damage so to speak.

The idea here is to get Marked onto 3 minions engaged with a single player, using Air Cover to expedite the process, with our minion summoning cards like Angela, Spoiling for a Fight and Face the Past. Then rip a massive Spray Fire and deal absurd overkill damage onto the villain. Rinse and repeat to win.

I see a lot of Fury decks looking to abuse Firepower, which can smack for 18 damage fully charged. I reckon we could hit some similar numbers here. 6 damage direct to the villain and then gotta get the remaining 12 damage through the 3 overkill attacks on minions. Effectively it's 24 damage onto the villain minus the health of 3 minions, whatever that happens to be.

I like the overall concept here. Building up to a giant attack after collecting minions seems really cool. This works especially well with Nick because of his Stealth suit.

I could see a multiplayer version making use of Target Spotter to collect other player's minions as you set things up. Follow Through and Sharpshooter** are some other cards that might be able to lean into the overkill theme a bit to put some hurt on the villain.

Also, a shoutout for Aggressive Stance. Stellar card to set up your attack combo, but could also grab Concetrated Fire if you need to flip back to Stealth after a round of attacking.

Indeed, Stealth Suit is really what makes this come together. I've played without Marked and sometimes you collect a few minions and end up with too much threat on the suit. And it's like well, I can use some attacks to get it down, but I'm just spending threat to for wasted excess damage. Marked fixes this problem.

Yeah I'd deffo throw in a Target Spotter or 2 for multiplayer, probably cut back on Spoilings for it.

Yeah I teched an Aggressive Stance for the reasons you mentioned.
