Prowler is really not that bad of a guy at heart. Okay, he's a criminal, but not beyond Redemption. All you need is a little Show of Empathy to convince him to renounce his evil ways!

Face the Past into Show of Empathy is the main combo here. Not only is it amazingly thematic, it also nets you a pretty strong ally with 5 health.

This is a Justice deck so it's obviously good at thwarting, but it can also produce very high damage turns. With 3 copies of Turn the Tide and Arachnobatics (crazy good when boosted by Float Like a Butterfly) it really packs a punch.

Miles relies heavily on his events, so we have Generation X and Ghost-Spider to help get whatever we need.
And that's about it, pretty straightforward but a lot of fun. It always feels nice to have Prowler on your side. Hope you enjoy!
