With Civil War, we have new protection cards, and so Falcon needs an update! I have removed Cannonball, Cosmo, Dr. Sinclair, and the previous defense events from the previous version of this deck in favor of three copies of Cuts Both Ways and Defensive Conditioning.
I'm not doing a big writeup, because I'm lazy, but Falcon is one of the best multiplayer defense heroes in the game, largely thanks to a couple preparation upgrades in his kit.
Draw Their Fire allows Falcon to defend for the entire table. At a cost of 1/player, it can be expensive in a 4p game, but it's well worth the cost, particularly if there are also minions on the table. Additionally, its cost can be helped by The Power of Flight, Falcon's Flock, and double resource cards. I've found no trouble being able to get it down.
Aerial Evacuation also allows you to save one other hero from damage (or yourself), and you and the other hero get a free flip down out of it.
Both of these cards are preparations, so Practiced Plan is a must, as it will allow you to cycle these cards over and over. I typically save Practiced Plan for Draw Their Fire, as I'm running it nearly every turn. I typically only use Aerial Evacuation when my health starts to get low.
Cuts Both Ways, Electrostatic Armor, and Dauntless allow you to throw out ping damage all over the table. Endurance is here just to help keep Dauntless up. After defending for the entire table multiple times, you'll find Angel's Aerie very beneficial for an easy heal.
Superpower Training is there to track down Draw Their Fire, and Specialized Training is there to get you +1 DEF and extra card draw.
Aside from those cards, I've included some protection staples to help with perfect defense and getting card draw out of it.

Looks fantastic, once setup I can really see how this contains the villain. And with the deck so thin you'll be running his attack and thwart events with ease.
But i do worry, is it difficult to get setup? Cost curve is well managed but it is still a lot of cards.
