Solo Sunday - Team Based Violence https://youtu.be/8wEbv3u4kqs

Deck Pitch: This deck aims to get Wolverine's attack up as high as possible while also boosting the attack of a handful of allies and then never basic attacking with him so you can make the most of a handful of your events.

Basics

The focus of this deck is hitting hard with your events Fastball Special, Quick Strike, and Team Strike. Each of these feeds off Wolverine's Attack value so we're trying to boost it up as quickly as possible. Brute Force is probably the best way, but it does have the caveat of forcing you to not basic attack. Which is okay for this deck because your basic activations can remove threat to help keep that part of the game under control. We are also running Combat Training to work towards this goal as well. I didn't include "Now I'm Mad" because I wanted to maintain this decks ability to deal with threat and that would have nerfed your main basic activation for this deck.

Mulligan Priorities

1st - Attack Boosters (Brute Force, Combat Training, Adamantium Skeleton)
2nd - Support and Economy, this deck is pretty low to the ground so you shouldn't need much help paying for stuff, but when it's time for the allies to hit the field they do help (The X-Jet, Helicarrier, Moira MacTaggert)
3rd - An ally to have stick around (Colossus, Psylocke, Tempus)

Playing the deck

The strategy is pretty straightforward and simple. Just get out a couple allies (with a focus on Colossus) and use your high attack value to knock down your opponents. It's pretty easy to Fastball Special for 8+ damage, which for only 1 resource is great value. Team Strike can be even more impactful because it's great field clear since you can use your Claws to play it and if there are a bunch of tough minions around you can pop the toughs and still do a lot of damage. Just focus on burning the villain and any pesky minions down while using your basic activations to handle threat.

Adjusting the Deck

This works even better if you are playing in multiplayer with a Colossus player. If so just take the ally out of the deck and replace it with another copy of Combat Training to get the most out of your Fastballs.

If you are concerned with your ability to deal with threat, trade your Quick Strike for copies of Smash the Problem.

Triage is a good inclusion if you are wanting to focus on keeping certain allies around a little longer, especially in longer games or harder scenarios.

I didn't think there were enough X-Force allies to make going for a Children of the Atom build with this, but if you are paired up with another player running some X-Force cards, maybe see if they will run a copy of that so you can include them in your damage dealing as well.

It would probably be worth trading something out for a copy of Hall of Heroes if you are going up a minion heavy scenario, especially in multiplayer. Between Berserker Barrage, Team Strike, Slice and Dice, and all of your Overkill this deck is incredibly at clearing the field. In solo, I would drop Moira MacTaggert for it. In multiplayer, I might drop Unlikely Duo or Keep Them Busy.
