This is a prototype deck that I haven't had a chance to play yet and likely won't have time to this week. I wanted to share it with others for feedback and additional ideas. I think I might be on to something. If not, I at least found a funny synergy.

Pocket Sand is a funky card that has good, on-paper, value but simultaneously does too much and too little. On the one hand, 2 dmg and a confuse for 2 ER is pretty good. On the other hand, very few heroes have trouble dealing with minions, even in justice. In practice, the card ends up being efficient but low impact.

However, it has some fun synergies with Rocket. Rocket gets card draw from overkilling minions and a 2 dmg prep, up to 3 dmg with Float Like a Butterfly, sets him up for an easy overkill with his weapons or basic ATK. What's more, Prism Dust is a tech card, meaning Rocket can recur it with Salvage or Tinker it for some card draw in AE.

Practiced Plan, Agent Coulson, and even indirectly Chance Encounter ensure Rocket always has a Prism Dust in play. Infiltration lets him benefit from it on the hero phase, should he mill out a minion. Build Support lets you play Jemma Simmons and she'll provide a discount to Rocket's many tech upgrades, including Prism Dust.

The rest of the cards either synergize with confusion or give Rocket damage options for hitting 0 threat, which should be pretty easy with this much confusion and high-thwart allies. With Rocket's pocket sand booby traps ambushing every minion, the villain is open to Befuddling attacks from a Butterfly-empowered Drax.
