Upgrading the Web

Rocket has seen the web warriors succeed by pulling on the strings of the Web of Life and Destiny and he thinks he's smarter than they are, how hard can it be? With Spider-Byte being free for techy heroes, seems natural for him to use him to play all the web cards (or Build Support to sneak the Web of Life and Destiny in). With one or two in play, his draw power increases (above what he already has. Adding in "Come Get Me, Bub!" helps him do his own card draw as well as keep him alive (the squishy little fella). Energy Barrier and Forcefield Generator help with tech draw and Jemma Simmons& Leo Fitz help get all of those in play as well.
