First time creating a decklist so this is only for fun! I'm not expecting this to steamroll villains but I had fun keeping enemies constantly Stunned and Confused, and dealing extra damage with Float Like a Butterfly and especially Arachnobatics.
Key features:
☆ Low cost curve so you can easily pay for cards during your turn.
☆ Keep the enemy Confused almost every turn using Upside the Head! This requires you to use a basic attack but Double Life or Spider-Man will help you ready up!
☆ Enemy already Confused after using Spider-Man's Special: Spider Camouflage? Hit em with Upside the Head to stun them.
☆ With Float Like a Butterfly in play, deal extra 1 damage every time you and your Allies attack.
☆ Cypher helps with card draw when you attacked the dazed villain.
☆ You'll want to flip to Alter-Ego form to heal but got yourself caught in a pinch? Keep schemes low and use Making an Entrance to heal up when you take it down!
☆ Swift Retribution is an easy 4 Attack Damage to the villain since Confused blocks the scheming component of this card.
☆ Keep em Confused with Sonic Rifle. A tad expensive but The Power of Protection and/or Web-Shooter can help pay for this.
Feel free to replace these cards:
☆ Venom - Chump blocking and helps dealing damage back to the villain with those pesky encounter cards.
☆ Nick Fury and Helicarrier - Staple to any basic deck to help with card draw and playing more cards per turn. Kinda feels like Easy-mode with these cards!
☆ Scare Tactic - Cheap extra damage but the villain needs to be Confused.
☆ Concussive Blow - Kinda expensive so it's usually used when I'm desperate to Confuse or finish the game.
Closing thoughts: In my playthroughs with this deck, I like using Web-Shot on the villain so Minion-heavy encounters kinda suck. Thwarting could also be challenging sometimes with this deck so For Justice! and/or Heroic Intuition could help with this.
Had a lot of fun playing this deck keeping the villain Confused and dealing extra damage with Float Like a Butterfly. Not sure how this plays in Multiplayer yet!
There's tons of Confuse decks out there but if you like this one, please give it a try!
