Big Money Maria

Maria presents an interesting opportunity to exploit the 'Pool triple resource cards while still playing the classic S.H.I.E.L.D. support + basic package that makes her tick.

Due to Maria's Alter-Ego ability to search and draw a S.H.I.E.L.D support from your deck, it's highly unlikely that the 8 double resource cards in the deck ever go to waste (especially in the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. campaign where the Board Member environments give you a place to dump excess resources)

The goal is simple. Play The Pericles or The Iliad turn 1 (and possibly the other on turn 2). Move counters from Command Team and Field Agent onto them to use these powerful helicarriers every single turn.

If you can do that consistently, it's very hard to lose.

A sub-theme of the deck is to use Command Team with the 'Pool allies, which turn ready effects into actual positive value, not just tempo like with normal allies, due to their lack of consequential damage.

Agent 13 is a powerhouse in this deck as well. She can always ready Helicarrier or Government Liaison for positive value, but readying The Iliad can represent a massive tempo boost. With 3 Command Teams in play and some Field Agents to prevent consequential damage, Agent 13 can allow you to use The Iliad 5 times in one turn! Hopefully that's plenty to take down the last stage of a villain.
