Use Star-Lord's hero ability and Squared Off to play high costs allies (big boys) on the cheap. Then when those allies are all but spent you can use Go Down Swinging, Noble Sacrifice, or Save the Day to discard them for a little treat

I love the balance of risk to payoff here. I’m generally a little too scared to play starlord, but I’ll do it for this deck. Love the theme and excited to see how this plays out.
I’m usually timid around the encounter deck and I feel like Star Lord is the epitome of immersive therapy for it!
