I noticed that magneto has a really strong kit but what is especially nice is that he basically doesn't care if he discards allies with this build, since he can just play them out of his discard and get benefits, a lot of these allies were selected to try and have effects that occur when played, so as to allow for their benefits to keep working in your favor.
I like the theme or should I say the theory of this deck and can see there being a great line of play where you simply keep yourself alive and well while flooding your board with allies. Then, you get Strength in Numbers to start accelerating the process. A focused and clear design.
You seem to run a significant number of resource-type cards. Have you considered some alternatives, like Uncanny X-Men, Team-Building Exercise, and Helicarrier?
While the resource cards will continue to get shuffled back into the deck, with these three cost-reducing cards, you can still more easily afford to play a large number of cards in your deck while freeing your deck and hand from pockets of too few and too many resource cards. That's basically the only change I felt I would make.
I also really like the idea that the player will be able to use Squared Off after an ally gets returned to hand by "To Me, My X-Men!" Also, I like that by pulling the minion out of the encounter deck, you set up Magneto to use Wrapped in Metal to handle any non-elite threats it could produce.
