The deck is meant to handle the Morlock Siege event at Con of Heroes 2024. Neena cheats the game and the scenario with this deck. The event is to play the Morlock Siege scenario except you keep defeating Marauders endlessly. Domino's Pistol get around the retaliate with Ranged. Plan B and Tic-Tac-Toe are ways to deal damage without taking Retaliate. Stack the deck to win at Rock, Paper, Scissors], and with all her wild cards she can spend freely to win at Tic-Tac-Toe and Blackout.
In testing solo, I got through 13 marauders before I stopped the game. Fun deck to play. Very fun in an endless scenario as you can start doing more and more. I even miss shuffled the scenario deck and left Under Fire out, so cheated irl too.
