Rogue, X-men Instructor , 2-4 player

The X-men are always training young mutants to protect themselves and the whole world. Anna Marie has stepped up to help train the next generation and lead the away team at the New School.

Rogue is here to help her allies (including other players) and keep them healthy and at their best. To accomplish that her deck has been built with some great support cards like X-Gene, The X-Jet, Endurance, and Utopia. She can take a hit and wants to keep her allies alive but cycling. To start her most important card for her allies is Uncanny X-Men, which will make them cheaper. Honorary X-Men will give her the x-men trait and the discount in alter-ego as well as a ready from Utopia. Med Lab is great for cycling cheap x-men like Pixie, Forge, or Angel. And finally Team Training can help her or other players to keep their allies around longer. Her main team consist of Storm and Professor X to handle Threat, and Havok and Gentle to manage damage. Gambit is also a really powerful ally and hopefully he will stick around long enough to use Beauty and the Thief, which can be recurred to hand by using superpower adaptation on any basic ally from your deck. She has a lot of expensive cards in this deck including allies and Supports so she has a couple Meditation to get them down as quickly as possible while not wasting resources. With the help of a well coordinated team, Rogue can deal with anything thrown her way.

I don't have the NeXt Evolution Box but I would probably swap out a med lab and maybe an uncanny x-men for the Call for Backup and Build Support side schemes. Superpower Training can be good if you are playing with Heroes like Wolverine or Colossus who need their upgrades to really get going
