Wolverine Hybrid Aggressor

Inspired by both "'It's Clawberrin' Time!'" and "Fluid Adamantium," with this build I'm attempting to focus on rounding out the aggression playstyle, with both allies and events, all while building up the upgrades for the additive basic attack damages with Adamantium Skeleton, Combat Training and a couple Fluid Motion. These cards allow for a respectably obtainable +6 Basic Atk. That is before Jubilee, and some other additives included in the build.

But as mentioned in Clawberrin' Time, you gotta tank with allies. Colossus and Angel are our bodyguards here. Colossus' toughness and Angel's cheapness are simple enough choices. The other allies are a bit more helpful in their specific actions. Forge can bring X-Jet or Utopia into hand. Professor X is the new OG. Magik and Sunfire both manipulate villainy. (Consider keeping Thor from the Clawberrin' Time deck for more tanking, but is a bit costly, especially as he won't benefit from Team-Building Exercise like the rest of the team).

With all of these allies tanking, Wolverine has health to spend Wolverine's Claws consistently on attack events. Clobber just feels right with Wolverine's Claws, putting it right back in hand at the cost of two health and freely igniting a Fluid Motion. Though really, Wolverine's character specific attack event cards are absolutely solid for attack events so I'm not feeling the need to max out on aspect additions.

Support is primarily focusing on supporting the Allies, with Boot Camp, Team-Building Exercise, and Utopia. Boot Camp is not a priority, but will make a lot of these decent attacking allies all the better. Really Utopia and Team-Building Exercise are helping our X-Men game here.

Throw Smash the Problem and Wolverine's Track by Scent and we've got some decent scheme mitigation. Getting that +6 ATK turned into +6 THW for the cost of a single resource can be great. Combine with Track by Scent to play a lil engine.

Honorary X-Men is for my friend. Slap that on their hero for free, they gain the extra health, and access to Utopia and X-Jet if it's a better pay off for their use.
