I basically tried to put as many cards with a Science symbol as possible in the Deck. There are some considerations for replacements. Here are my thoughts on them:
Down Time: Great Card, but with Aunt May, the Card is in my Opinion not necessary in this Deck.
Lay Down the Law: Interesting Card with a Science Ressource, but Spider-Man tries to spend most of his time in Hero Mode, so I,ve decided not to Include it.
Enhanced Awareness+Ingenuity: Spider-Man can already produce Resources good enough without these cards
Vigilante Training: Interesting Card, though with Spider-Mans Hero Ability you're able to cycle trough your Deck fast enough
