Scarlet Witch - Vigster Cardomatic Universe (VCU)

Note: I build all of my heroes so my decks are optimized only in the sense of the collection - hence the VCU tag. Welcome to the Vigster Cardomatic Universe!

Scarlett Witch could be a killer with just resource cards in her deck. Justice is there only to make her more supportive since she can do it all if the cards turn up right.

Above all - this is a family affair. Vision is not a Justice ally, so she will have to do with brother Quicksilver, and her kids Wiccan and Speed. Mockingbird and Spider-Man. While they may be family (or not) they are always busy so a Chance Encounter can always help bring them to the fight when needed.

Endurance buffs her Hit Points a bit and Spiritual Meditation or One Way or Another helps with her card selection.

With regards to scheme management, she can deploy a Skilled Investigator or use her Interrogation Room to manage side schemes or put the main scheme Under Surveillance. Heroic Intuition can increase her THW capability to 3 as it is likely what she will do each turn.

When not hex keying a villain's car - she can be using Turn the Tide, Multitasking, or Foiled! to contain his schemes.
