Venom is aggressive by nature, so an Aggression deck feels just right for him. The deck is based around Venom's using his ability to generate a resource, deal as much damage as you can, take the hit, deal even more damage next turn, flip and ready yourself with Ready to Rumble so you can heal and flip again next turn.
"You'll Pay for That!" is the main way to remove threat from the scheme. Combining it with Flash Thompson's 4 recovery and Project Rebirth 2.0 you don't need to worry that much about the damage you will take. If you are desperate, and you cannot allow the villain to scheme, Grasping Tendrils is a way out of the tough situation while staying in hero form.
The deck is very versatile and provides an out from almost any situation.
