Concept:
I didn't want to to take a lot of time ramping up in to Venom, so I used his starter deck as the core for this.
This still is being tested, but I'm pretty confident that this deck can handle Ronan on standard. I'll find out this week :).
Playstyle:
Venom does want to get set-up items down, but if he needs to keep pace he's flexible enough that he can handle himself during that period.
He has a lot of actions available each turn, but prioritize getting his guns down. Sonic Rifle can be used for resources if needed. You will be wanting to constantly switch between alter-ego and hero to make use of his confuses.
He has an upgrade for +1 card draw on both identities, make sure those get in to play.
Venom is adaptive so THW, ATK, or DEF as needed, he'll be able to handle it well enough.
Possible removals:
- Scare Tactic - Dead card if no stuns are in play.
- Making an Entrance - I haven't tested this against harder Villains, which is why this card is still in here, but he's been able to manage threat without this card in solo thus far.
