Mean swing is sooo good in Panther!

Since Panther always have weapons-upgrades in play no matter what, why would I not run Mean swing. Especially since said weapons don't mind being exhausted. Outside of that there are no special techs here. Just the regular aggression package somewhat tweaked for solo but that was never the main concern. A bunch of allies and 2 x Chase Them Down ensures that it will work well in solo but it needs to be aggressive to win in solo. The extra Mansion is just a place holder for a Quincarrier (I'm in Europe so I have had it for a while now).
