He's got 50 cards, and it's sometimes taken me two full deck passes to complete, but if you can build it out, he's unbelievably fun.

This is likely balanced for solo/duo play. Otherwise, you'll want to consider swapping Under Surveillance out. I like having it available in both solo or duo so you can mulligan into it and buy more time to build.

I'm the primary thwarter when I play with my wife, and this deck is built around thwart first, but sneaking in some damage elsewhere. There's usually enough to either pick off or wipe some minions off the floor.

Your first pass through your deck should focus on:

  • Under Surveillance, at all costs
  • Suit building
  • Energy/card bonuses
  • Upgrades

The second pass, you should have most upgrades out on the table and be in Iron Man form near infinitely. This is where the events and allies come out, and with a hand size of seven and all those support cards generating "4+ energy", you'll sail smoothly into the sunset.

I've also focused more heavily on Energy cards, though there are some that could be removed if you wanted to focus on Repulsor Blast. Since you'll have a ton of energy/card generation, you may want to switch For Justice out with Crisis Averted, but this will further sway you outside of the Energy zone.
