Captain America Allied Justice

Captain America deck that is designed to deal with lots of threat and/or side schemes. It runs Concussive Blow and Lay Down the Law in order to allow Captain America to flip to his alter ego in order to play an ally at a reduced cost. The allies are heavily favored toward allies that help with threat reduction.
