The deck title is a quote that Deadpool would never utter. Listeners of the episode will understand.
"You'll Pay for That!" is a highly situational card, which is right up our hero's street. The best situation would be when Counterattack is on the table, so removing 5 threat could also mean dealing 5 (or more) damage. Counterattack is not limited, so if you take 9 damage then you deal 9 damage back.
"You'll Pay for That!" came in the Hulk hero pack along with Toe to Toe, with which it synergizes nicely. Also in that pack, Martial Prowess, which can be use to pay for Toe to Toe or This Card is Fire.
Deadpool is begging to take damage and does so with a boosted health pool from Aggressive Conditioning and Endurance. Just waiting to play This Card is Fire. "That card should be a quotation, no?"
There are times when Deadpool needs to create some confusion to recover normally. Psylocke and the Sonic Rifle hiding under Armed to the Teeth are on hand. But he'll need a Katana as well as Armed to the Teeth for access to the Sonic Rifle, thus Lock and Load and Superpower Training.
When he's recovering in alter-ego, use Assault Training to shuffle "You'll Pay for That!" or Toe to Toe back into the deck.
