Very very little effort or cost Quicksilver can have a base ATK, THW, DEF of 4 or 5 until the end of the round. For most Hero's that's maybe twice in a round. With Quicksilver, that could be 4 or 5. Having 'always be running' to ready him, and Rapid Response + Make the Call + Maria Hill giving you a nice card draw, building up to power hands on the flip is a thing of beauty with this deck!
